What this would be
Every subcontractor's certificate of insurance expires, and somebody has to notice before it does.
This is for a firm that holds certificates for its subcontractors or vendors and chases the renewals by hand.
Full-service tracking is sold, but the one published price we could verify carries a ten thousand dollar annual minimum, which is written for a firm with several hundred vendors.
We would do the chasing for you: collect each certificate, track the expiry dates, and go back to the subcontractor before one lapses.
What it would not be
We would not tell you whether a policy's coverage is adequate. That is insurance advice and we do not give it. We check the fields and dates you tell us to check, and anything else is a question for your broker.
None of this exists yet. There is nothing to buy on this page and no price has been set.
Your reply goes to one mailbox and is read by a person. We will not add you to a list, and we will not pass your details to anyone.
If you would want it
If you would want this, say so and say roughly how many subcontractors you carry. That is the whole of what we are asking for today.
